14days Clean Eating Challenge..
-. Day 1 : Complete 

Breakfast - 0%fat yogurt with coconut jelly, instant grains drink, corn (i already ate the other half, lol) 

Lunch -Mixed vegetables with thai sour dressing, hard boiled egg, corn (leftover from this morning./ not recommended - it’ll makes you feel so damn full!)

Dinner - a cup of warm milk
